Dear Worcester Families,
This message is to share with you that today, WCS was informed of a staff member who tested positive for COVID-19. After working with the New York State Department of Health and their established guidelines, we determined a list of people considered close contacts and are required to quarantine. Any person who is required to quarantine has already been contacted.
Our most important goal while educating your child is maintaining our school community’s health and safety. I understand the increase in COVID-19 cases can be alarming. However, we continue to follow our safety protocols and procedures and are constantly and carefully, monitoring our capacity to safely provide in-person instruction.
